including the findings and the results of the "Climate for Change" project and extensive background information from all over Europe.

Gender Checklist
an invitation to view your department through "gender perspective glasses".

Tools for Promoting Women in Executive Positions
with implementation guidelines, instructions and suggestions as well as a variety of examples.

Poster and Leaflet
to hang and distribute in your department, for the purpose of promoting awareness of the issue on the part of as many employees as possible.

 

The Toolkit is available in English, German and Italian.
